How to clear Outlook cache on Windows 10/11

If you use Windows 10 or Windows 11, follow the instructions below to find your Outlook cache location and clear it.

• Press the “Windows” key and “R.”
• In the “Run dialog box,” type “%localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook,” and press “Enter.”
• Click the folder entitled “RoamCache.”
• Select all cached files in the folder and press the “Delete” key.
